MORE ADVANCED FLIGHTS
Qualified Pilots can request Alliance Pilot status. If approved, new types of flights become available when flying Alliance Registered Aircraft. SIM ACARS will recognize when a pilot is at an Airport where a Registered Aircraft is located, and will offer the ability to select that aircraft for a flight. A pilot can also elect to 'Jump', or Change Location (in Pilot Options), this lets the pilot move to a new airport where a registered aircraft is located for a charge based on the distance moved.

Once access to the Alliance Fleet has been granted, a pilot can use the aircraft for both Alliance Operations and personal business under the 'honor system'. More specifically, pilots can make direct payments to the 'Alliance Aircraft' group (if they wish) to cover any personal use for flights they create or book themselves, or they can fly Dispatched Flights, which display on our Flight Board and pay the amount displayed on the board for each dispatched flight.

FLEET / GROUP ETIQUETTE AND RULES
Aircraft in the Alliance groups are offered to members for both alliance and personal use as explained above, but there are a few things to consider when using these planes, here are some general guidelines:
- Try not to leave the aircraft parked at a location that does not have a repair shop; in fact, best practice would be to avoid locations that do not provide repair services, so you do not end up stranded with a plane that cannot complete your flights.
- Do not move aircraft far from home without permission. If you would like to use alliance aircraft to service your network, please contact an alliance admin to discuss.
- Do not overfill fuel tanks, load only the fuel you will need for your flights, do not 'top off' tanks or add fuel after you are done using the planes, because this can restrict the load a plane can carry - let the next pilot decide how much fuel they will need.

CURRENCY AND PAY INFORMATION
Our system compensates pilots for their virtual flights by paying them virtual currency. Since our system interfaces with FSEconomy, the unit of currency we pay is equal to a unit of FSE currency. In fact, any Alliance or Flight Sim Network credit or currency balances can be converted to FSEconomy currency on request (minimum payout of $v10000), or by automated means should we decide to offer that option, but there is no real world value and credit / currency can only be used in methods or manners matching our intentions.

All pilots are paid an hourly rate for flights recorded in our system, that amount is based on the rate for your current rank and multiplied by the rating for that flight. For example, if your pay rate is $v200/hr and you recorded a 1 hour (real time) flight with a rating of 90%, you would be paid $v180.
