Rules
The sponsor of this contest is Elite Star Services (Paradise Logistics). By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the rules and the decisions of sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Entrants should look solely to sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the contest.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The FSE FBO Network contest begins on September 6, 2024 and ends on September 22, 2024.
HOW TO ENTER:
Each FSE Pilot can enter the contest by visiting this entry form. All entries must be posted by the end of the promotion period in order to participate. The countdown timer shown here is the official timekeeper for this contest. A pilot can increase their chance to win by uploading a valid screenshot taken during a flight simulator session, which counts as an additional entry. Any images uploaded that are not considered valid flight simulator screenshots may result in disqualification.
WINNER SELECTION:
The winner of the contest will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the promotion period. The drawing will be conducted once the promotion period ends and any decisions are final. The odds of winning vary based on the number of entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be notified on the FSE Forum Post. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification. The sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive account(s), technical difficulties, or the winner’s failure to adequately monitor said accounts. If the prize is not claimed within the 7 day notification period, the sponsor may either conduct another drawing or cancel the contest.
PRIVACY:
We will not sell or share your email address; however, by entering the contest, you grant the sponsor permission to use your FSE Name and any media uploaded without further consent.
LIMITATION of LIABILITY:
By entering, You agree to hold harmless Elite Star Services (Paradise Logistics) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries.
